This Cookie Policy explains how TurnerDEV LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://supportedschool.com, https://mobilemtss.com (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information more generally.

What cookies are

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Site to function. The Site will not work correctly without them, and they cannot be turned off through our Site. They include:

• Authentication and session cookies — set when you sign in, to keep you signed in and to identify your account and permissions on each request. Your signed-in session expires after a period of inactivity and is extended while you continue to use the Site.

• Sign-in provider cookies — short-lived cookies set while you complete sign-in through Microsoft or Google, used to match the sign-in request to the response returned by that provider. These are discarded once sign-in completes.
• Connection routing cookies — used to keep your browser connected to the same server so that live, real-time updates within the Site continue to work.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage analytics on our public pages, and only when you are not signed in — we do not load analytics inside the signed-in application. Analytics tools loaded this way may set cookies that help us understand aggregate usage — for example, how many people visited a page, which pages are most viewed, and what general type of device and browser was used. We use this information to improve the Site.

What we do not use cookies for

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to serve advertising, to build advertising or marketing profiles, or to track you across unrelated third-party websites. We do not use Student Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy) for advertising, targeted advertising, or the creation of any profile for a non-educational purpose, and we do not sell Student Information. We do not permit third parties to use cookies on the Site to collect Student Information for their own purposes.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. You can also use private or incognito browsing to limit how long cookies persist. Please be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to and using the Site. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the Site.

Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting them, the Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
